Financial Policies

We ask for payment at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

If you need a payment plan, we partner with CareCredit to provide no-interest and low interest payment plans. Click here to apply for a CareCredit payment plan.

We will help with your insurance. We are happy to file claims for you. If you have insurance, we ask for your portion of the fee at the time of service, and we will bill your insurance for the remainder. If there is any discrepancy between what we thought your insurance would pay and what they actually paid, we will reconcile that with you later.

While we are not in-network with most insurance plans, we work with all of them and you can receive insurance benefits no matter what insurance you have.

Dr. Janse is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and is also a clinical associate professor at the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Dr. Bates is a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and is also certified in oral conscious sedation.

Dr. Rayyan is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and is also a clinical assistant professor at the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Dr. Thompson is a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and is also board certified in forensic odontology.
